1. About us

This shop is operated by Nayan Lösch ("Nayan Samuel – Sheet Music"), c/o JL Consulting Group GmbH #1670, Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland. Email: yanpiano.business@gmail.com. The shop runs on Shopify, but every purchase is a contract between you and us.

2. Products

We sell digital sheet music as PDF downloads. Nothing is shipped physically. Each product page states the instrumentation and difficulty level, and the preview images show sample pages.

3. Orders

The products in our shop are not a binding offer. By completing checkout you place a binding order, and the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The prices shown at checkout are final, and there are no shipping costs.

4. Delivery

Right after your payment, you receive a download link by email and on the order status page. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder or contact us, and we will resend the link.

5. Licence: what you may do with the sheet music

When you buy sheet music, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence. You may:

print copies for your own practice and performance;
perform the piece in public, for example in concerts, church services or recitals;
record a performance and share it online (for example on YouTube or Instagram), as long as you credit "Nayan Samuel" as the composer.

You may not:

share, upload or forward the PDF files to others;
resell the files or printed copies;
publish your own arrangements or release commercial recordings without our written permission.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends once the download is made available, provided you expressly agreed to that at checkout. Details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Faulty files

If a file is faulty, incomplete or the wrong one, we will send you a correct version. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In all other cases, and as far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
