Digital products

All our products are digital downloads (PDF). Because files cannot be "returned", we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the download has been provided.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends as soon as the download is made available, provided that before your purchase you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. You give this agreement at checkout.

Faulty or wrong files

If a download link does not work, a file is damaged, or you received the wrong piece, email us at yanpiano.business@gmail.com and we will fix it right away.

Refunds

If you accidentally bought the same piece twice, or if we cannot fix a faulty file, we will refund your purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.
